PURPOSE:To prevent the noise generated from a stay and resolve a sag of the stay, by interposing an elastic wound part between the supporting rod and the arm of a metallic jig for fitting the stay which supports mainly a TV antenna on the roof of a wooden house. CONSTITUTION:A hook 5 to hook a stay wire 8 is provided at the tip of a supporting rod 1. The tip of an arm 2 is fixed to a fitting plate 3, which is fixed to a eaves plate 7 or the like of the house, by grommet 3'. In the middle between the rod 1 and the arm 2, round steel materials are turned once at least to form a wound part 4 and so bent that the rod 1 and the arm 2 make about 90 deg.. By this constitution, the rod 1 is displaced in the direction of the load for the arm 2, which is fixed to the eaves plate or the like, by the elasticity as a torsion spring or a coil spring of the wound part 4 to perform such automatic adjustment that the load of a constant or more is not applied to the branch line 8, thus preventing the sag. Further, vibration of the stay 8 is absorbed to eliminate the occurrence of whistling sounds of a strong wind. |
