PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive detecting device for a quantity of electricity even if the quantity is small by obtaining the quantity of electricity in a high voltage circuit as a voltage between two ends of a resistor and driving a high insulation relay by the output of A/D conversion of this voltage. CONSTITUTION:A high voltage AC source 1 supplies alternating voltage to a load 2, and the voltage detected by a potentiometer 9 that consists of resistors 14 and 15 is converted into a digital quantity by an A/D converter 10. Plurality of bit outputs B1, B2,...Bn from the A/D converter are supplied to a group 12 of a plural number of high voltage insulation relays through amplifiers 16 to excite relay coils 17. When each relay coil 17 is excited, a relay contact 18 closes. A signal obtained from this contact is directly input into an input device to carry out scale conversion and then it is processed through a digital data processing device. By this arrangement minimum voltage and current that can be detected are made smaller and the device is also made simpler. |
