PURPOSE:To perform a continuous tension test by means of a single pull rod, by a method wherein, in a constant temperature oven, a plurality of samples are attached to a rotatble cylinder, and a plurality of coupling flanges rotatably located at given intervals in an axial direction. CONSTITUTION:After one ends of samples 14-16 are secured to coupling flanges 17-19, respectively, the other ends are secured to a disc 10, and placed in a constant temperature oven 1 to bring it into a set low temperature condition. After, with a cylinder 9 turned, the sample 14 is caused to coincide with an extension line of a pull rod 12, the pull rod 12 pulls and lifts a body 13, which results in lifting the coupling flange 17 engaging a hook 13a to perform a tension test of the sample 14. Then, with the cylinder 9 turned, the sample 15, and subsequently, the sample 16 is caused to coincide with the extension line of the pull rod 12, and this permits the continuous tension test of the samples. |
