摘要 PURPOSE:To arrange a measuring element with good accuracy and to continuously move the same, by providing a mechanism for making the measuring element movable not only in a horizontal direction but also in a vertical direction through a cable and a pair of pulleys. CONSTITUTION:A measuring element 2 having a shape of a sphere or rotary oval body composed of a conductive metal at the center in a high frequency cavity 1 is fixed to a cable 3. The cable 3 passes through the piercing holes 7a, 7b of the flanges 6a, 6b fitted to the left and right connection pipes 4a, 4b of the cavity 1 to be connected to a left-hand pulley 8a and and a wt. 12 is connected to the cable 3 through a right-hand pulley 8b. A handle 10 is rotated and the cable 1 is taken up through a worm speed reducer 14 to horizontally move the element 2 and the position of the element 2 in the horizontal direction is read through a scale. The element 2 is moved in a vertical direction by the moving bolt 19a (19b) clamped to the fixing stand 18a (18b) fitted to a truck 17a (17b) and the moving quantity thereof is detected through a scale plate 22a (22b).
