<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts, and to simplify a detection device, by discriminating jamming of a sheet-like body in accordance with an output of a sheet- like body detecting means and an output of a rotation detecting means, and using the rotation detecting means, as an outlet side goods detecting means, as well. CONSTITUTION:In front of the carrying directin of recording paper 1, a photosensitive drum 2 is provided so as to be opposed to the recording paper 1, and the surface of the recording paper 1 passing through is converted to an electrostatic latent image. Also, in the rear of the carrying direction of the recording paper 1 of the drum 2, a heating device 3 for heating the recording paper 1 converted to a latent image is provided. Furthermore, on both the inlet side and the outlet side in the carrying direction of the recording paper 1 of the heater 3, inlet side and outlet side detectors 4, 7 for detecting whether the recording paper 1 is present or not, and a carrier mechanism 6 for carrying the recording paper 1 are provided. A detection signal of said detectors 4, 7 is applied to a passing time control device 5, and jamming is detected by the device 5. On this carrier mechanism, a rotation detecting means for detecting a rotating state of a driven shaft is provided, this rotation detecting means is used as the detector as well, jamming is decided by an output of the detector 4 and an output of the rotation detecting means, and accordingly, the number of parts is decreased.</p> |
