PURPOSE:To ensure the data transfer through a simple constitution of hardware, by installing a data end code generator and thus automatically transmitting the data end code to a central computer with every end of the data transmission at each terminal. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 6 works by an indication given from terminals 1-1-1-N, and a transmission start signal is supplied to a controller 8. Thus the controller 8 clears a counter 7 to zero and switches a data selector 10 to the data side. While the counter 7 counts the number of data given from each terminal. When the controller 8 recognizes that the number of data has been counted by a prescribed amount, the controller 8 gives an indication to the selector 7 to select the (N+1)-th order where the signal of a data end code generating circuit 9. In such way, the data end code is transmitted to the computer 6. Accordingly the useless attachment of an additional device for generation of the end code with every terminal can be avoided to realize a simple constitution of hardware. |
