The invention relates to a laminated plastics-metal material in the form of large-area thermoset or thermoplastic profiles and metal foils, sheets or nettings fully or partially covering them and butt connections between thermoplastic profiles in the longitudinal direction and transverse direction, on which material the laminated side of the metal foils, sheets or nettings (1, 2) is provided with welded-on metal wires, wire nettings, beads or similar formations (3) representing undercuts for a plastic (4) surrounding them, into which formations the material of the basic body has flowed in a liquid or pasty phase and surrounds them in the solidified state. By the method according to the invention, metal wires, wire nettings, beads or similar formations representing undercuts for the penetrating plastic are welded on to the metal surface facing the plastic surface to be laminated, the surface to be laminated of the plastic basic body is transformed into a molten or pasty phase by heating and, for embedding, the melted surface is applied under pressure perpendicularly to the receiving metal surface and left to solidify or cool. <IMAGE> |
