PURPOSE:To perform desired magnetization with good accuracy and in a short time by dividing the magnetic zone of a neck magnet into several ones, combining the magnetic component of a 2-pole magnet with one magnetic zone, the magnetic components of 4- and 6-pole magnets with the other magnetic zone, and magnetizing them, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic zones 21a and 21b which are divided in several ones, for example, into two are provided so as to be in parallel to a plane vertical in the axial direction of a neck section 4. One split magnetic zone 21a is assigned as a magnetic in which the amount corrected by a 2-pole magnet is magnetized and the other split magnetic zone 21b is assigned as a magnetized magnetic zone in which 4- and 6-pole magnets are corrected by their combined amount. After that, a specified magnetic distribution is magnetized to each magnetic zone using a magnetizing magnetic head. As a result, magnetization is easily and high accurately enabled in a short time. |
