PURPOSE:To increase the acoustic characteristics, by increasing the Young's modulus, decreasing the Q value and the density, through the use of combined fiber-like metallic pieces through compression after piling fiber metallic pieces. CONSTITUTION:For example, fiber-like metallic pieces having 10mu-1mm. width, 1-5mm. length, and 10-100mu thickness, e.g., fiber-like aluminum pieces 2 are piled to 2-5mm. thickness. A diaphragm 1 is formed by compressing the fiber-like aluminum pieces 2 thus piled at the temperature of 300-500 deg.C and under 100- 500kg/cm<2> pressure. In this case, the thickness of the diaphragm 1 obtained through molding is taken as 0.1-1.0mm.. |
