<p>PURPOSE:To reclaim fag ends, recovered things etc. to enable application of light weight and good miscibility as the filler for plastics molded articles, by making powder or small pieces by pulverizing the substrate obtained by removal of the copper layer from the copper laminate board by mechanical grinding. CONSTITUTION:The copper laminate board 1 composed of the copper layer 1A and the substrate 1B is carried to the arrow direction, being placed on a series of supporting rolls 2 and being put between a pair of conveying rolls 3. The copper layer 1A is ground and removed by the rotating blade 4A of the electric plane 4 on the supporting rolls 2 and recovered as copper powder in the container 5 and the substrate 1B removed from the copper layer is crushed. The ball mill milling is most suitable for fine pulverization of approx. 100 mesh.</p> |
