摘要

PURPOSE:To detect a racing condition positively by connecting the output sides of a current logical converter and a voltage logical converter to the input side of a logical deciding appliance and connecting the output side of the logical deciding appliance to the input side of an output appliance. CONSTITUTION:A sine wave input waveform is full-wave rectified and voltage input is converted into logical output in the voltage logical converter 8. Current input from a current transformer 6 is converted into logical output at a level close to a zero level in the current logical converter 7. The both logical output are inputted to the logical deciding appliance 10 such as a NOR element. The output appliance 11 is operated by the output of the NOR element, and an alarm device, a stop device, etc. are worked, thus preventing racing.
