PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus having a widen free degree from a standpoint of a design and manufacture constituted so as to electromagnetically control handling operation of a powder ink by using a magnetic and/or a chargeable powder ink. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic powder ink is used as a powder ink 4 and handling operations in a coating part 3, a cleaning part 6 and an ink supply part 9 are controlled by magnetic force. When a chargeable powder ink is used, by imparting positive or negative charge to the ink, the ink can be freely attracted or repelled and handling control of the powder ink is facilitated. By using a powder ink equipped magnetism and chargeability, control can be carried out by changing polarity of charge or magnetic pole. |
