Two heads (8, 9) mounted on a base (7) and including an inclined plane are each equipped with a vice (16) serving to lock a section (2) in place. A magazine in the head is made up of a seat (17) on the inclined plane, and serves to receive a series (18) of connection angles arranged in a V configuration, as well as two members for stopping and releasing these connection angles.
