Exhausted biomass (I) from sewage processing is used as feedstuff for earthworms. (I) is esp. cattle manure which has been used in the generation of fuel gas by fermentation. The feedstuff is esp. useful for Eisenia foetida, Lumbricus and Allolobophora Caliginosa. The worms are used, e.g. as fishing bait.
