For bottles which are provided for receiving fermentable liquids, in particular beverages, and are closed at the opening edge of their bottle neck by a closure cap which has a lid part which seals the opening off tightly, the closure cap is designed as a safety closure which, if the internal pressure of the bottle rises due to the development of fermentation gases, allows the internal pressure to be reduced by the escape of gas. For this purpose, a through-hole is formed in the lid part of the closure cap, which hole is sealed by a film which is stuck onto the outside of the lid part. <IMAGE>
