<p>The basis for an electromechanical security fence mesh, is a wire, which in its construction has one or more support wires, two protection wires and insulation. The preferred construction has two protection wires (1) and two copper wires (1a) which, with an insulating sheath, represent the core. The sets of wires (1,1a) are stranded, pref. covered with PVC (2) and connected to a bridge so that an equalisation of temp. always occurs immediately in each limb of the bridge. Of utmost importance, is that the two protection wires (1), which are also bridge connected respectively, have the same physical qualities, and come from the same batch. A number of support wires are spirally wound around the core, connected to one another by tin plating, and the whole covered by an insulating sheath (4).</p> |
