PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of garlic extract by oxidation, etc., by encapsulating the garlic extract in a capsule. CONSTITUTION:Garlic extract is diluted 100-200 times with an edible oil such as salad oil, and 0.3-0.5g of the mixture is encapsulated in a drop-shaped capsule made of e.g. gelatin. The edible oil may be animal oil or vegetagle oil, and is pref. a salad oil. The material of the capsule may be a gelatin-analog which can be used for packing an edible oil, dissolves in water or hot water, and does not exert particular physiological effects to human body. |
