Monolithic integrated microcomputer for various data exchange modes - is expanded to include peripherals integrated on common chip including PLL and frequency dividers

A monolithic integrated microcomputer is expanded w.r.t. the standard one chip microcomputer by circuit components associated with peripherals being monolithically integrated. A frequency divider producing control signals of different frequency forms part of a phase-locked-loop. In the phase-locked-loop the mains frequency is used as the demand frequency and the microcomputer clock generator frequency is the actual value. The instruction clock is fed to the microcomputer via the phase control loop. Data memories monolithically integrated with the microcomputer and address logic are operated in time multiplex made alternately via external ports for read-write units. The clock generator output pulses are also fed to at least one of the frequency dividers in the integrated peripherals for time measurement.
