<p>Dye is evenly distributed and excess dye is removed from continuous textile bands or the like by pressure in such a way that after removing the material from a dye-stuff bath, the material is led over a first moving surface extending width-ways of the material. At the other side a second movable surface is pressed against this material, with a magnetic force being produced over the width of the material between the movable surfaces to cause these to press together so as to remove the dye from the material, spreading it evenly over the width of the material.</p> |
