PURPOSE:To confirm the operation of a display device and that of a digital computer simultaneously, by providing a check command means for the output display device of the computer. CONSTITUTION:When a switch SW1 connected to a CPU41 is turned on, a self- diagnostic mode is commanded; and when the SW1 is turned off and a strobe signal 43 and a data signal 42 are applied, control which corresponds to the data signal is commanded, and when it is turned off and the strobe signal 43 is not applied, an instruction determined by the combination of switches SW6-SW8 is executed. A switch SW2 is potential control selection switch, a switch SW3 a light-quantity control selection switch, and a switch SW4 a development bias control selection switch; and a switch SW5 is for selecting the time interval of data outputted to a display circuit and D/A converters 50-54 in self-diagnostic mode. |
