PURPOSE:To confirm cleaning effect right after cleaning by connecting both the ends of a tape, which has a magnetic layer on one side and a cleaning part on the other, endlessly inside out, and by storing it in a casing. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of a base 38 made of, for example, a polyester film, magnetic iron oxide, chromium dioxide, iron, etc., are coated together with a binder to form a magnetic layer 39, as the usual magnetic film and on the other surface abrasive grains, etc., of dichromium trioxide, carborundum, and silica are applied with a binder to form a cleaning layer 40, thus making a tape 14 contained in a casing being flexed. This cleaning tape 14 is cut to prescribed length, cut ends are connected endlessly inside out, and the tape is contained in the cassette casing. Consequently, cleaning effect is confirmed accurately immediately after cleaning. |
