发明名称 METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF FLUID STATE OF FLUIDIZED BED
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect and evaluate the fluid states of a fluidized bed reactor with good accuracy by converting the pressure fluctuations detected with a sensor mounted to the top end of a pressure conduit pipe inserted into the fluidized bed to an optical signal via an electric signal and further determining fluid state indices thereby making the fluid states quantitative. CONSTITUTION:Pressure fluctuations are detected with a pressure detecting sensor 4 mounted to the top end of a pressure conduit pipe 3 inserted into a fluidized bed 2 which is in a fluid state. After the electric signal of the sensor 4 is passed through a check box 5, it is amplified 8, and is converted to an optical signal by an oscillator 9 built in a direct writing type electromagnetic oscillograph 10. Next, this light signal is recorded as a pressure fluctuating curve by the oscillograph 10. A fluid state index is determined by the definition expressed by the equation from this curve, and is made quantitative. The fluid states made quantitative in this way are determined with respect to the multiple points in the bed 2, whereby the distribution of the fluid states is measured and the fluid states are evaluated.
