PURPOSE:To enable the measurement over the broad range to be performed by using one device, by providing a plurality of load cells, to which strain gages are fixed, on plate springs whose base end part is supported by a receiving table, and by selecting a load cell by an arm which pushes a tip part. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the polate springs 2a and 2b are fixed to a base part 10 which is rotatably coupled to a supporting post 11 by an upper plate 6 and screws 3. Said plate springs 2a and 2b have different rigidity. The strain gage 4a and 4b having different resistance characteristics are fixed on the upper surface. Parts to be compressed 5a and 5b are provided at the free end, and compressed by a spherical shaped or knife edge shaped tip of the arm 8. The measuring range of the load cells 12 and 13 formed in this way can be adjusted by the rigidity of the plate spring and the characteristics of the strain gage 4a. Therefore, the measurement of the load over the broad range can be performed by one device. |
