PURPOSE:To prevent running down of resin dropped as a material attenuating the energy of an alpha particle by providing a step to a part of a surface passivation film. CONSTITUTION:A step 8 is given to a part of a surface passivation film 3 protecting the surface of an element 2. An electrode 11 on the surface of the element and a lead 6 for external connection are connected by means of a metallic thin wire 7. Resin 1 that is material for attenuating the energy of an alpha particle is dropped on the film 3 and hardened with heating. Since an expansion of this dropped resin is controlled by the step 8, running down of the resin 1 from the surface of the element can be prevented. |
