<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the time for the setting operation, by producing the full working program equivalent to a piece of workpiece with use of a variable. CONSTITUTION:Pattern programs A, B, C- which are produced based on a working pattern are prepared in the form of a paper tape and stored permanently into an MC memory 1. A desired one is selected among stored various types of pattern programs by a selection switch provided on an NC control panel 2. Then the variable part of the selected program is displayed on a display device 4. An operator sets the working data corresponding to the variable by means of the panel 2. This set data is displayed on the device 4 in accordance with the variable and at the same time stored in a working data memory 5. This stored data is synthesized with the selected pattern program through a synthesizer 3. Thus a perfect working program is obtained and then supplied to a function generator 6.</p> |
