摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the eddy-current type measuring equipment, by multiplying at least one of the energizing system of the eddy-current measuring- detecting section and the induced signal processing system of the detection coil. CONSTITUTION:A coil 12 of an eddy-current measuring-detecting section 10 is multiplexly energized at the same time by two signals, a reference signal 22 and another reference signal which differs 90 deg. in phase from the reference signal 22. Then, an induced voltage corresponding to the flow energized at coils 11 and 13 located at the upper stream side and the downstream side of the coil 12, respectively, is processed at an adder 30 and a subtracter 40, and the output of the adder 30 is multiplexly processed at synchronizing rectification circuits 51 and 52 and smoothing circuits 61 and 62 at the same time, and thus, tempertures of fluids are detected. In the same way, the output of the subtracter 40 is also multilexly processed and flow rates of fluids are detected. Thus, required measurements are performed even when one system of the multiplex system is in trouble, and, therefore, the reliability of the eddy-current type measuring equipment is improved.
