NEW MATERIAL:A benzyolaminophenylcarboxylic acid derivative shown by the formulaI(X1 and X2 are H, halogen; A is direct bond, alkylene, alkenylene; R1 is H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, etc.; R2 is H or alkyl) and its pharmaceutically aceeptable salt. EXAMPLE:Benzyolaminophenylacetic acid. USE:An antiphlogistic and analgesic agent. Having small side effect. Administrable orally and parenterally, and an oral dosage is 0.1-2.5g/day. PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula II is reacted with a compound shown by the formula III (X is halogen), to give the desired compound shown by the formulaI. The prepared compound is hydrolyzed to give a compound shown by the formulaIwherein free carboxylic acid is converted into a salt by a common method. |
