PURPOSE:To simply constitute a multi-function apparatus by providing a multi- function cassette attachable to a space formed in a main body to attach a paper supply cassette, forming a transport path connected to an end of a blank transport path of main body in said multi-function cassette and providing a plurality of paper processing sections capable of changing over paper feed in said path. CONSTITUTION:When a multi-function cassette 3 is not attached, an ordinary image formation is possible as a single function machine. Also, in such constitution, since the single function machine itself has a plurality of paper supply cassettes 2a, 2b and attaching spaces 4a, 4b, it can be produced with low cost. Also, when multi-functions are needed to produce a composite image, double- sided pictures or the like, only a multi-function cassette 3 is attached to a space 4a to attach the paper supply cassette 2a so that a copy paper is transported to a proper paper processing section of the multi-function cassette 3 to produce a desired image and a multi-function image forming apparatus can be provided for use.
