<p>The device for cooling a drink in a tumbler consists of a stick with a piece of ice attached to its end. The stick (35) can be a plastics strip, and the ice (41) can be moulded to form one of a variety of shapes. It can be spade shaped, or a block which may be conical, polygonal, rectangular, cross shaped, or may have curved sides, and can be used for stirring the drink. The block may be moulded in sets, with a hole shaped to receive the stick. Advertising material can be incorporated in the top of the stick, and in one form, a sleeve (36) with a grip (33) projecting from it, can be slid over the top. This incorporates a clip (34) for mounting on the rim of the glass, and advertising material can be viewed on the grip.</p> |
