The flexible net or screen covers a wall opening for a door, to prevent insects from flying in. It is made up from two upright strip sections, for stretching in the side parts of the opening, and a central strip section hanging down and overlapping the two side ones. All may be held on a head batten fitted at the top of the opening, pref. fitted with tension springs which can be activated. Bottom ends of side strips may be clamped to a bottom transverse closing batten, pref. in a clamping groove in the sill. This provides effective screening without blocking passage through the doorway.
