An earth-moving device in public gardens or parks is movable at the surface of the ground to be worked by a propulsion engine, and is provided with levelling blade (28) movable transversally to the travelling direction. This levelling blade (28) has the shape of a dihedron, of which one of the sides (29) extends from the summit of the angle in the direction opposite to the travelling direction parallel to the ground surface (4) and the other side (30) upwardly at right angle. At the front portion of the levelling blade (28) are mounted teeth (31) directed towards the ground.
