<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the generation and updating of a table by an operator, by displaying the contents of a conversion table stored in the form of natural sentences, and by writing natural sentences, edited over a look at the display, by converting them into the format of the conversion table. CONSTITUTION:The contents of a conversion table 6 stored in a storage device 8 in the form of natural sentences are displayed 9 by function key information inputted on a board surface 1 and an operator updates the contents over a lock at the display. Namely, pieces of information on X and Y coordinates by an indication pen 2 are amplified 3, 4 and supplied to a position detector 5, and on the basis of position information generated by the detector 5, the conversion table 6 is retrieved to output character date 7. By function key information and the character data 7, a natural-sentence editing device 10 edits the natural-sentence contents of the device 8 and the updated contents of the device 8 are written after converted into the format of the conversion table 6 through a registering device 11.</p> |
