A pot for cultivation of mushroom (pleurtous ostreatus) is prepd. by treating a culture medium. thus, a culture medium contg. rice straw, sawdust (broad leaved tree), rice bran, CaCO3, Benomyl and adhesive agent was mixed. The mixt. was moulded under 10-25 kg/cm2, sterilized at 120-130oC for 1 hr. and dried to 8-15% moisture content in a dry place. The prepn. was packed in p.p. film.
