PURPOSE:To improve the reflectively of oscillation while performing the process of sandwiching the holding part of a quartz oscillator between plane containers made of >=2 bodies simultaneously with the process of hermetically sealing the plane containers, by sandwiching the holding part directly between the plane containers. CONSTITUTION:Between plane container members 4 and 5 each made of a twobody laminated ceramic substrate formed by sintering a green sheet of a ceramic after area reducing work, a quarts oscillator 6 made of a <=500mum thickness quartz plate by lithography is sandwiched directly. Consequently, the process of holding the quartz oscillator 6 and the process of hermetically sealing the plane container member 4 and 5 are performed simultaneously. |
