The device contains a cylinder fixed onto the end of a rotary shaft and fitted with sucking tubes which are selectively connected to the vacuum. The sucking tubes are mounted in such a way that they can be rotated inside the cylinder in such a way that they keep their selective connection to the vacuum. The tubes are accurately orientated by a step-by-step driving system. This device allows the micro-components to be rotated after being taken by the sucking tube. The vacuum can be transmitted irrespective of the angular positions of the tubes.
