PURPOSE:To provide a good casting device which permits simple and easy operation of the casting device from ground, and is good in terms of both safe and sanitation and work performance by so constituting the device that the lever of a valve actuator placed on the pouring bush on a molding flask is operated by operating a rod from the ground. CONSTITUTION:First a stopper 3 is lowered and with its leading end part held to close the discharge hole 6 of a pouring bush 1, molten metal is teemed into a pouring bush 1. After the molten metal is filled in the bush 1, the operator on the ground on the outer side of a molding flask 4 pulls a rod 15 to rotate a lever 2, thereby pulling up a shaft 12 mounted to a fitting 11 connected to the other end. Further, the molten metal in the bush 1 is teemed from the hole 6 in the bottom part into a mold 8 through a sprue 7 by a valve actuator of a lever type of pulling up a valve 3 via a mounting jig 14 in the leading end part of a shaft 2 when it is pulled up. After the molten metal is filled fully in the mold 8, the operator lifts the rod 15 to lower the valve 3 conversely and to close the hole 6 again with its leading end part and this completes the pouring work. |
