PURPOSE:To transmit a large volume of file data even when different kind of equipments are used between transmission and reception, by converting the file data into the form of a job stream and then transmitting them. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting utility 5 which converts file data 9, supplied to a host processor 1 and a terminal equipment 2 respectively, into job streams 10 classified by job names and the prescribed numbers of bytes, and a receiving utility 8 which reconverts the job streams 11 into the file data 12 after being specified corresponding to the received job streams 11 are provided. Then the file data 9 to be transfer are converted into the job streams 10 and transmitted. |
