PURPOSE:To simplify the winding work of a looped coil and connection among the coil, and to improve productivity and quality by twisting the coil at a central section and mounting the coil at every slot of a stator core. CONSTITUTION:The coil twisting section 26a at the left side facing to the figure of a coil end section 25a of the coil 24 is mounted so as to pass through the slot 3a, a core central hole 27 and the slot 3b opposing to the slot 3a in the diametric direction and go out to a coil end section 25b. Since the other coil twisting section 26b is similarly inserted so as to pass in the slots 3c, 3d, it is crossed with the coil twisting section 26a at the central section of the core central hole 27. Accordingly, only one coil, coil circumferential length thereof is doubled approximately, may be used in order to manufacture the coil such as one corresponding to two poles. Since the coil is crossed at the central section of the stator core 1, connection work is removed, and a machining process is simplified while quality is improved. |
