A device to measure, in a direct way, the parameters of pressure (in particular the values of the systolic and diastolic pressures), pulse rate and temperature. The direct measurements of pressure and pulse rate are taken through the transmission of the pressure pulses from a cuff (pressure chamber) (12) to a mechanical-electronic transducer (1), and the temperature measurement can be taken in any part of the body under examination by a temperature transducer (7). The system can include electronic memories. The results of measurements are more accurate and obtained faster than with the traditional systems and are displayed in digital or graphic form. Such a display (4) also contains light and/or audio signals, to indicate the existence of pulse signals, or as signals of alarm relative to chosen critical values of the parameters under measurement. The device is compact, of practical use and the measurements can be taken simultaneously. |
