PURPOSE:To make the current ratio of electron beam proper by mixing zinc sulfide group green luminous phosphor into Y2O2S/Tb,Dy. CONSTITUTION:A rare earth acid sulfide phosphor having a structural formula of M2O2S/Tb,Dy (M is a member selected from the group consisting of Y, Cd, La and Lu) is mixed with at least one kind of zinc sulfide phoshors selected from the group consisting of ZnS/Cu,Zn CdS/Cu, ZnS/Cu,Au,Al in a proportion of 1:9-9:1. The mixture is employed as a green luminous fluorescent film for a cathode-ray tube. Thus a fluorescent screen of high luminance and high contrast can be obtd. with proper current ratio of electron beam. |
