An economical protective-earth conductor terminal strip which is not hazardous to the DIN rail (100) has a metallic terminal body (2, 3) and a metallic foot (5) connected thereto. The foot (5) has a hook (6) which engages under a rail flange (101) and has a supporting limb (7) which rests on the other rail flange (102), underneath which the hook (9) of a clamping lever (8) engages. The clamping lever (8) is supported on the foot (5) such that it can pivot on a fixed-position pivoting point (13). It can be stressed by means of a screw (11), the line of action (12) of the screw running between the hook (9) and the pivoting point (13). <IMAGE>
