The clothes display frame is made from free-standing subframes (1) and frame wings (7) composed of identical tubular profile columns (4, 9). The frame wings (7) can be freely rotated with respect to an adjacent, free-standing subframe (1) within a pivot range of approximately 180 DEG . Provided to couple the subframes (1) to each other and the frame wings (7) to the subframes (1) are in each case at least two hinge shackles (13) which are composed of two coupling elements (14) which can be mutually freely pivoted. Each of these coupling elements (14) contains a carrying member (15) and a securing member (16), the carrying members (15) being intended to engage in the cutouts (12) attached in groups at certain heights of the tubular profile columns (4, 9) and lying diametrically in pairs.
