PURPOSE:To obtain the compact inductor with improved Q in a closed circuit constitution of a magnetic body, by winding a magnetic body and a conductive body on a magnetic core in a spiral shape, drawing the end parts of the conductor out of both end surfaces which are perpendicular to the axis of the magnetic core, and connecting said end parts of external electrodes provided on the outer periphery which faces the axis of the magnetic core in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Main components of a tape shaped magnetic green sheet 1 are ferrite powder and binder. At both end parts of the green sheet 1, a marginal part 2 which is to become the magnetic core after burning and a marginal part 3 which is to become the magnetic body surrounding the outer periphery of a spiral conductive part are remained, and a conductive pattern 4 whose main component is silver is formed. Both end parts of said pattern 4 are the conductor taking out parts 5 and 6 and alternately exposed to the upper and bottom surfaces of the sheet 1. Then, said sheet 1 is wound by using a winding shaft, and the winding shaft is removed so as to form a hollow cylinder. Then a chip body 9 having exposed taking out parts 5 and 6 at both ends is obtained by crushing said cylinder. Thereafter the taking out parts 5 and 6 are connected to the external electrodes, and the inductor having a closed magnetic path wherein magnetic flux is not interfered by the external electrodes is obtained. |
