<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to vary the volume of a chamber in running, by forming one of side walls in a prechamber into a movable wall which moves freely forward and backward, and connecting it to a manually operating lever being disposed at the end portion of an operation handle. CONSTITUTION:One of side walls of a prechamber 13, which is considered a movable wall 13a moving freely forward and backward, is formed into such configuration that allows the volume to be varied with its movement. On the other hand, the end portion of an operating handle 6 is provided with a manually operating lever 14, which is connected to the movable wall 13a of the chamber 13 through a link member 15. And the volume of the chamber 13 is so arranged as to be varied by moving the movable wall 13a forward and backward through a switching swing of the operating lever 14. Thereby, the driver can vary the volume of the chamber 13 in the present posture in running, so as to change over the properties of the output an engine 3.</p> |
