ATTACHMENT FOR ADJUSTING SLIDER STROKE OF THE PRESS

A ram stroke-adjusting mechanism consists of a shaft(1) seated in a press frame(2). The shaft carries a fixed cam plate(5) with frontal serrations(13a) meshing with similar serrations(18a) on a slidable part(18). The cam plate is provided with a loose cam plate(7) with guide slot(17). The cam plate(6) carries a connecting rod(8) with a slide element performing the vertical stroke movement. A sliding block(14) in connected rotatably to the shaft and to the slidable part. On the shaft is a mechanism(22,23) by which optionally meshing or disengaging of the slidable part with the cam plate can be effected.
