PURPOSE:To improve quality, such as cooling performance, characteristics, etc. while ameliorating external appearance, and to heighten value as goods by machining a notch section with a predetermined shape to a section, which contacts with an outer circumferential surface of the stator core, of the stator frame, inserting the core into the frame and welding the notch section. CONSTITUTION:The notch sections 17 are machined to the stator frame 1' through press punching machining or boring machining or the like. The notch sections 17 are formed in such a manner that slitlike holes are punched continuously to the sections 7, which contact with the outer circumferential surface of the stator core 5, of the stator frame 1' within a range of the length l1 of the stator core>=the length l2 of the notch sections 17, and machined. The stator core 5 is inserted into a predetermined position of the stator frame 1', the notch sections 17 are welded through MIG welding, etc. and the stator core 5 and the stator frame 1' are fixed. Accordingly, quality, such as cooling performance, characteristics, etc. can be improved, external appearance is ameliorated and value as goods can be heightened. |
