An artificial ear channel (1) is provided with an ear piece (2) located in an electronic amplifier (3) extended at its end (4) by a connecting element (5) via a tube (11). An outlet fitting (6) is fixed to the free end of the connecting element. A filter (7) is placed in the earpiece as well as in the end section (4), connecting element, the tube or the outlet as chosen by the user. This filter is in the form of a whistle with a flattened end and a flared tubular end. The centre section is a truncated conical shape. The filter reduces noise from the voice of the user and can be used to extend or reduce the audible frequency spectrum. This is achieved by positioning or by deforming the filter.
