PURPOSE:To complete the association of a hydraulic clutch type transmission mechanism mereby by facing and bonding the rear transmission case with the front transmission case by mounting in advance the hydraulic clutch type transmission mechanism on the rear transmission case. CONSTITUTION:The rear part of a transmission fhaft 12 is journaled via bearings 13 to a rear transmission case 3, the rear part of a transmission coutershaft 17 is journaled via bearing 29, hydraulic clutches 21a-21d are associated with the shaft 12 to engage speed change gears 18-20 with counter gears 17b-17d respectively, the front part of the shaft 12 is inserted into a front transmission case 2, the front part of the shaft 12 is journaled via bearings 11 to the rear part of an input shaft 7 journaled to the case 2, the shaft 17 is externally engaged with a power take-off shaft 14 journaled in advance to the case 2, and both the cases 2, 3 are secured with bolts 4.
