<p>PURPOSE:To make a terminal for blind light, by placing a part for recognizing a character and converting it to a voice, in the center, placing a part for reading and talking in the terminal, and connecting them by means of radio. CONSTITUTION:When the paper surface is scanned by a picture sensor 1, it is sent to a character recognizing and voice synthesizing part 4 by a trasmitter 2. The character recognizing and voice synthesizing part 4 receives its signal by a receiving circuit 5, recognizes it by a character recognizing circuit 6, synthesizes a voice by a voice synthesizing circuit 7, and transmits it by transmitting circuit 8. It is received by a receiving circut 9, and is heard with an earphone 10. According to this constitution, a blind man is able to carry a reading device when he reads.</p> |
