PURPOSE:To improve gas barrier property by forming the thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin primer layer and the cover resin layer containing photosensitizer on the outer surface of the bulge part and the wall part of the parison and irradiating ultraviolet ray, in succession, blow molding. CONSTITUTION:After the parison 1 is formed from material of saturated polyester, the 3-50mu primer layer 2 composed of thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin is formed on the outer face of its bulge part and wall part. The synthetic resin paint incorporated with photosensitizer, benzoin etc. is applied on the layer 2 and after the 10-100mu cover resin layer 3 is formed, ultraviolet ray is irradiated, thus the parison 4 is obtained. The parison 4 is set in the mold 5, blow molded and the bottle 6 is taken out, later the cover resin layer 3' is irradiated by ultraviolet ray and highly crosslinked. |
